Job summary

IBC Bank in Norman is seeking a Sales Associate to provide efficient customer and financial services while delivering the IBC Experience. You will help customers by promoting bank products, opening accounts, and building relationships to meet individual needs.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, be bilingual in English/Spanish preferred, and comfortable using Microsoft Office. This in-office role supports branch operations and daily customer interactions within the Retail

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience interacting with people preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the IBC Experience by providing prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service
• Meet financial needs by promoting bank products to walk-in customers and via outreach
• Assist with branch opening/closing procedures and dual control
• Adhere to New Account Opening Process policies
• Support Branch Manager with Compliance Facility Checklist
• Maintain branch inventory and supplies
• Travel to other branches as needed
• Assist with teller operations as needed
• Attend meetings and events
• Maintain individual sales performance goals
• Respond to and communicate customer complaints
• Assist with on-the-job sales training
• Other duties as assigned
