Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent (or current student).
• Six months in retail or customer service preferred.
• Flexible schedule incl. evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Must pass background check per policy.
• Ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, handling cash in a high-volume sales environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships and suggest bank products/services.
• Follow bank policies and supervisor directions.
• Contribute to monthly new account production targets.
• Assist in-store prospecting in a sales-driven setting.
• Process deposits and withdrawals and balance daily transactions.
