Job summary

Peoples Bank in Marietta, Ohio is inviting applications for the Professional Development Associate (PDA) program. You will rotate through banking lines of business, gaining firsthand exposure to operations, sales, service, and governance. The program aims to place you in a customer-facing banking role after completion.

The 12-15 month program develops future leaders by building a strong foundation and network across the bank, with relocation to preferred locations as business needs arise.

Qualifications

• 4 year bachelor’s degree required.
• Proactive mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Microsoft Office knowledge with proficient Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage in rotations to learn banking knowledge and competencies.
• Rotate across disciplines to learn sales, service, and operations.
