• Rotate through key departments (e.g. Credit, Compliance, Operations, Risk) within Nelnet Bank to support initiatives.

• Assist with process improvement, data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
• Support leadership and department managers with research, projects, and execution.
• Participate in cross-departmental initiatives and special projects as needs evolve.
• Gain working knowledge of banking regulations, internal controls, and practices.
