Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with a business focus.
• Minimum of two years’ related experience preferred.
• Notary experience preferred or ability to obtain notary as needed.

Responsibilities

• Open deposit accounts and take loan applications.
• Respond to customer questions, quote rates and payments, recommend services.
• Assist with account maintenance and changes.
• Provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
• Facilitate loan process from origination to closing.
• Support customers with deposit products, loans, trust, etc.
• Interview customers to explain available services such as accounts and loans.
• Seek opportunities to deepen relationships through suggestive sales.
• Participate in sales activities targeting personal and business clients.
• Ensure tasks comply with policies and regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Provide timely customer service information for reports.
