Job summary

Mid Penn Bank in Westville, NJ is seeking a Financial Sales and Service Specialist (Universal Banker) to assist customers with banking needs, open deposit and loan accounts, quote rates, and explain available services. You will build relationships and provide exceptional service in a busy retail banking environment.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of related experience, notary preferred (or able to obtain), and the ability to obtain an NMLS

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with business emphasis.
• Two years’ related experience preferred.
• Notary experience preferred or ability to obtain notary.

Responsibilities

• Opens deposit accounts and takes loan applications.
• Responds to customer questions, quotes rates, and recommends services.
• Helps with account maintenance such as address changes.
• Facilitates the loan process from origination through closing.
• Builds relationships and performs cross-selling with customers.
