Qualifications

• 2–5 years of regulatory compliance experience in banking.
• Strong understanding of core consumer compliance regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and audit/compliance software.
• CRCM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support audits focused on regulatory compliance programs for client financial institutions.
• Evaluate adherence to laws such as TILA, ECOA, HMDA, and TISA.
• Assess Fair Lending programs including file analysis and testing.
• Document audit findings and report to leadership and clients.
• Collaborate on risk assessments and regulatory alignment.
• Conduct research on new or evolving regulations.
• Perform other duties within scope.
