• Maintain policy adherence, SOX control documentation, risk assessments, and other controls across assigned areas.
• Assist in development of operational plans, procedures, and goals to improve scalability, automation, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with leaders to drive change, communication, and process improvements across the bank.
