What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Work independently on well-understood assignments and responsibilities
- Interface with other departments to resolve problems and maintain funding performance for bank accounts
- Provide timely turnaround and perform accurate transactions across the business
- Investigate issues thoroughly using high-level decision-making skills
- Participate in customer banking audits and maintain effective working relationships within and outside of Banking

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field and/or equivalent education and experience
- Intermediate or above level of Excel, Outlook, and Word skills, along with other Microsoft Office applications
- Proven excellent customer service skills and solid written and verbal communication skills
- Proven effective analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced team environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ years of relevant experience in financial analytics, data analytics, or client service
- Located in the Eastern Time Zone (highly preferred), Central Time Zone considered
