The role offers exposure to Deposit Operations, ATM/Debit Services, ACH/Wire, Bookkeeping, Help Desk and more, with emphasis on policy knowledge, accuracy and audit controls. On-site work is required.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, typing, 10-key, and utilization of the internet is required.

Responsabilidades

• Support multiple Tech Center departments, including Deposit Operations, ATM/Debit Services, ACH/Wire Services, Item Processing, Document Imaging, Call Center, Cash Management, Internet Banking, Fraud and BSA Compliance, Bookkeeping, Help Desk.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with accuracy and efficiency.
• Adapt to various leadership styles and changing priorities to develop operational knowledge.
• Learn and apply bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across areas.
• Assist with maintaining accurate process documentation.
• Develop proficiency in core banking systems and digital platforms, providing operational support as needed.
• Promote a positive work environment and maintain confidentiality.
