Job summary

The Bank of Missouri is seeking an Operations Assistant to support daily banking operations across the branch network and Information Center. You will handle document imaging, account processing, and daily reconciliation to keep operations running smoothly.

You will balance deposits, process wires, and respond to inquiries while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. Training and growth opportunities are available within a team that values service and integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to provide friendly, courteous customer service.

Responsibilities

• Scan and index documents into the Synergy imaging system with accuracy.
• Process overdrafts, returns, and unposted transactions; review stop payments.
• Maintain and verify CIF records, wires, and deposits on the host system.
• Balance deposits, reconcile GL accounts, and monitor wire transfers.
• Respond to branch inquiries and assist with fraud investigations as needed.
