Job summary

You will log issues in CRM, upsell when appropriate, and provide accurate transactional information including ACH transfers and wires.

Qualifications

• Requires strong phone, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle large volumes of inbound and outbound calls with quality service.
• Follow scripts and resolve inquiries on the same day when possible.
• Log inquiries in CRM with detailed notes and actions taken.
• Upsell products when opportunities arise and provide timely email responses.
• Maintain system access and knowledge of programs trained on; participate in trainings.
• Provide accurate transactional information and perform basic processing (ACH, wires, etc.).
• Work both independently and as part of a team to meet targets.
