Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance, economics, business, or a closely related field.
• At least 10 years of substantive professional experience in banking or financial institutions.
• Demonstrated capacity for effective classroom instruction.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work with diverse student populations.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate banking courses (Bank Management, Bank Lending, Central Banking, Current Issues in Banking) and other finance courses as needed.
• Contribute to the Banking Academy and build relationships with regional financial institutions.
• Attain and maintain AACSB Practice Academic (PA) or Instructional Practitioner (IP) qualification through professional engagement or industry contributions.
• Serve on departmental and college committees and participate in community outreach.
