  • Capacity to manage matters independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative practice group.

  • Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate credit documents, collateral instruments, workout arrangements, and related commercial agreements.
  • Advocate for clients in bankruptcy cases, state and federal litigation, negotiations, hearings, and other dispute‑resolution settings.
  • Analyze statutes, procedural rules, and emerging legal developments, then provide clear recommendations aligned with each client’s objectives.
