Ideal candidates hold a JD, active U.S. state bar admission, and have experience in complex financing, private credit, and syndicated lending within a sophisticated law firm setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

You will work on a broad spectrum of financing matters involving both traditional and alternative lenders. The team regularly handles complex credit transactions including private credit financings, syndicated lending arrangements, and structured credit transactions.

• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Strong client service mindset and the ability to work effectively in collaborative deal teams
