This role offers the opportunity to work on complex domestic and cross-border financing transactions representing lenders, borrowers, private credit funds, and institutional investors.

The Opportunity

You will work on a broad spectrum of financing matters involving both traditional and alternative lenders. The team regularly handles complex credit transactions including private credit financings, syndicated lending arrangements, and structured credit transactions.
