Zaddy Solutions is seeking a Banking & Finance Associate Attorney to join its esteemed practice. This role offers exposure to private credit, structured finance, syndicated lending, distressed financings, and growth capital transactions, representing lenders and borrowers.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of experience in structured finance and secured lending at a major law firm, active bar admission, and a top-tier law school degree, with a hybrid work arrangement across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 4–6 years of substantive experience in structured finance and secured lending at a major law firm.
• Experience representing credit funds and lenders and/or borrowers across financings, including receivables financings and structured credit deals.

Responsibilities

• Represent credit funds and lenders/ borrowers and sponsors in domestic and international financing transactions.
• Draft and negotiate credit agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements, and related documentation.
• Support transactions involving receivables financings and other structured credit deals, private credit, syndicated facilities, distressed situations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across offices and practice groups to deliver seamless client service.
• Manage deal execution from diligence through closing.
