Job summary

Volex is seeking a Customer Experience Representative for our Retail Banking team. This role serves as the frontline ambassador, delivering a seamless and personalized banking experience across multiple channels.

You will greet customers, handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments, and educate clients on digital tools and services while maintaining compliance and accurate records. The position may require some travel to other branches.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills and professional presence.
• Previous banking or financial services experience preferred.
• Cash handling and teller experience preferred.
• Solid math, computer, and data-entry accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt to varying customer needs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and travel to other branches when necessary.

Responsibilities
