Guaranty Bank & Trust is seeking a Full-Time Document Imaging Specialist in Mount Pleasant, TX. This back-office role focuses on indexing loan and deposit documents with high accuracy and minimal customer contact.

You will classify, verify, and maintain image quality while adhering to privacy and regulatory standards. The team values reliability, organization, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High volume of repetitive procedures with a high degree of accuracy.
• General banking knowledge related to loan/deposit documentation is a plus.
• Indexing software experience is a plus.
• Strong organization skills.
• Detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Flexible schedule, based on bank needs as determined by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Accurately index all loan and deposit documents in the bank’s imaging system.
• Classify scanned documents by type through data entry and indexing procedures.
• Ensure image quality of scanned documents meets company standards.
• Meet established production rates.
• Support all areas of loan operations and other duties as assigned.
• Contribute to department success by sharing in responsibilities as required.
• Comply with privacy policies to protect customer confidentiality.
• Comply with federal, state, and local banking regulations and company policies.
• Complete required regulatory training as assigned.
• Perform any additional duties as directed by management.
