Qualifications

• Recent university graduates with little or no professional experience but possessing relevant skills.
• Preferred business relevant majors (Finance, Accounting, IT, Economics, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, HR, Management, Communications, Business Law, Psychology, Logistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Actuarial Sciences).

Responsibilities

• Participates as an analyst/associate in the line of business development program and supports core activities to drive business results.
• Engages in social learning, mentoring, job shadowing and community outreach within the organization.
• Completes formal learning activities (classroom, web-based or virtual) and related projects.
• Supports internal and external customer experience by providing excellent service and accountability.
