Job summary

PNC is seeking a Development Program Analyst within its Corporate and Commercial Banking organization. This in‑office program exposes you to multiple banking disciplines over roughly 24–30 months, with cohort-based learning and classroom sessions in early months.

Participants will rotate through segments such as Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Healthcare, and Public Finance, with a path to full‑time placement. Base salary ranges from $39,100 to $126,500 plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Recent university graduates with little or no professional experience but possessing relevant skills.
• Preferred majors include Finance, Accounting, IT, Economics, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, HR, Management, Communications, Business Law, Psychology, Logistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Actuarial Sciences; minimum GPA 3.2.

Responsibilities

• Participates as an analyst/associate in the line of business development program.
• Performs or assists the core activities of the group by applying knowledge learned to drive business results.
• Participates in social learning within the organization (e.g., mentoring, job shadowing, community outreach).
• Supports the internal and external customer experience by providing excellent service at all times.
