Qualifications

• Experience in banking operations and regulatory awareness beneficial.
• Ability to design, analyze, and improve business processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide data-driven insights to bank-level managers across units.
• Respond to data requests by reviewing reports and exploring alternatives.
• Develop expertise in internal reporting systems and automate where possible.
• Translate business needs into comprehensive, accurate reports and extracts.
• Serve as primary contact for report requests and create usage guides.
• Analyze data requests to improve efficiency and cost savings.
• Support CRM administration including user setup and permissions.
