Job summary

Axos Bank is seeking a Business Analyst II to collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, enhance data accuracy, and support data-driven decision-making. The role focuses on data operations and analytics across Deposits, Lending, and Services, including SQL reporting and Tableau dashboards.

You will partner with stakeholders to deliver insights, support production reporting, and maintain dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or 5+ years analytics experience.
• 2+ years building and maintaining Tableau reports.
• Strong T-SQL skills with ad hoc and recurring analysis.
• Experience supporting marketing data operations incl. email marketing and servicing list pulls.
• Working knowledge of US consumer financial regulations (e.g., Privacy Act, CAN-SPAM).
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GA4, Chrome DevTools, and paid affiliate marketing platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for new initiatives, enhancements, and system integrations.
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to monitor KPIs and track project progress.
• Collaborate with project managers, IT professionals, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Document business processes, system requirements, and user manuals to ensure clear understanding and support ongoing maintenance.
