Job summary

You will extract data, build automated Tableau dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements. Strong Excel, Tableau, and SQL familiarity is required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Experience with Tableau and Tableau Prep for data preparation and visualization.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, and compile data from various internal and external sources.
• Develop, maintain, and distribute scheduled and ad hoc reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Build and automate dashboards using Tableau and Tableau Prep.
• Analyze data trends and patterns to support initiatives and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting requirements.
• Document data sources and business logic for transparency and repeatability.
• Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure reporting accuracy.
