Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years customer service experience required.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required; proficiency in Microsoft Office products and internet applications.
• Fluent in English (speak, read, write, comprehend, communicate) required. Fluent in Spanish (speak, read, write, comprehend, communicate) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle client transactions accurately, including deposits and cash handling.
• Greet clients and build relationships to develop banking relationships.
• Cross-sell bank products and maintain high service standards.
• Balance cash drawer daily and ensure accuracy of transactions.
• Follow onboarding, compliance, and security procedures for banking center operations.
