Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally and adhere to phone etiquette.
• Respond to general inquiries and properly direct calls to the relevant bank area.
• Ask questions to recognize client needs, recommend products and services, and refer to partners when possible.
• Process teller transactions: cash & check deposits, withdrawals, payments, wire transfers, and more.
• Open new personal deposit accounts and advise customers on best options.
• Demonstrate accurate cash handling, balance drawers/ATMs, and file CTRs as needed.
• Adhere to bank policies, complete required training, and protect customer confidentiality.
