Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally and courteously with internal and external clients and adhere to phone etiquette policies.
• Respond to general inquiries and direct calls to appropriate bank areas.
• Ask questions to recognize client needs, recommend products and services, and make referrals to business partners when possible.
• Accurately complete teller transactions such as cash and check deposits, withdrawals, and related banking activities.
• Open new personal deposit accounts and explain bank products to help customers choose the best options.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and reporting, balance drawers and ATMs, and monitor cash levels.
• Adhere to all CorTrust policies, complete required security training, and protect customer privacy.
