Qualifications

• High school diploma or better required or equivalent.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Windows and basic computer skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with everyday banking needs and recommend additional products or services.
• Identify opportunities to refer loans, trusts, investments, insurance, and other bank services.
• Develop understanding of banking products to help meet branch goals in deposits and loans.
• Build trusting relationships with customers in the community.
