Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Turn customer data into clear, connected insights for banking clients.
• Build simple, intelligent tools and AI-assisted workflows from data.
• Organize customer information in data platforms for analysis and reporting.
• Design workflows to give real-time visibility into customer health and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to reflect client needs.
• Track value delivery and demonstrate impact of client relationships.
