Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or coursework in finance or business related field.
• 1–3 years experience in bank teller or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, accurate service for everyday banking transactions.
• Open and close consumer accounts; manage ownership/beneficiary updates.
• Identify and report potential fraud and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Explain digital banking tools and promote self-service options.
• Drive branch sales through referrals and cross-selling.
• Monitor for suspicious activity and escalate when needed.
• Support audits and adhere to CIP, FinCEN, and BSA requirements.
• Engage with customers to build lasting relationships and trust.
