Job summary

You will assist with deposits, loans, cards, and online banking, while maintaining professional customer interactions aligned with CPB values. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in Customer service/contact capacity required.
• 1+ years of experience in Customer service/contact capacity required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with general information on CPB products/services.
• Assist customers with account information and resolve problems/issues/concerns.
• Document and/or escalate issues to ensure customers' concerns are addressed promptly.
• Navigate through multiple systems to input and retrieve information for electronic banking needs.
• Cross-sell CPB products and services.
