Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Teller, New Account and Operations procedures.
• Minimum of 1-year cash handling or teller experience in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform paying and receiving functions for clients in person, by phone, mail, and online banking.
• Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals.
• Assist clients with bookkeeping and checking account problems; cross-sell bank products and services.
• Support the Assistant Client Service Manager and Regional Branch Administrator with assigned duties.
• Provide courteous, prompt, and professional service and adhere to Bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
