Job summary

United Business Bank in Fraser, CO seeks an entry-level Client Service Representative - In Training (CSRIT) to learn teller functions and banking operations onsite. Starting pay is $20.00/hour, increasing to $21.00 after Phase One (≈30 days) and $22.00 after Phase Two (≈60 days).

Qualifications

• 1 year cash handling or teller experience in the financial services industry.
• Knowledge of Teller and Cash Handling Operations procedures.
• Basic understanding of banking products, services and operations.
• Good communication and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide paying and receiving functions in person, by phone, through mail, and online banking (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier’s checks, stop payments, wires).
• Balance each day’s transactions and verify cash totals.
• Assist clients with bookkeeping and checking account problems and answer questions about bank products/services.
• Actively cross-sell the Bank’s products and services.
• Perform assigned clerical duties and assist the Assistant Client Service Manager and Regional Branch Administrator as needed.
