Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
• Minimum ten years of progressive experience in a Controller or Senior Financial Executive role in a financial institution.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and applicable banking regulations.
• Experience with bank regulatory examinations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting and financial reporting functions with CFO guidance.
• Supervise department staff; set performance standards and training needs.
• Prepare internal management reports for CFO and Board packages.
• Coordinate regulatory reports (FFIEC CALL, FR-Y, FR2900) and audit processes.
• Oversee consolidated financial statements for the Holding Company.
• Coordinate audits and implement audit findings in a timely manner.
