Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular full-time teller/branch colleague in the United States, Georgia, Alpharetta area. You will deliver timely client transactions, educate on digital banking, and support sales initiatives while maintaining strong records and compliance.

Weekend and extended hours may be required, with occasional travel for staffing needs. The role emphasizes delivering superior service, understanding client financial needs, and contributing to IRM-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and travel/overnights may be required
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients with courteous conversation and handling transactions
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions to enhance service experience
• Support team sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines
• Commit to advancing product knowledge through training and meetings
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and resolving issues
