Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with lending and mortgage origination compliance.
• Knowledge of UCC, Regulation B, C, and Z; RESPA; FCRA.
• Proficient in computer operations and data entry.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily, monthly, and annual compliance reviews.
• Monitor deposit and lending relationships.
• Develop policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements.
• Serve as a liaison for regulatory agencies.
• Identify risks and test internal controls.
• Respond to inquiries from regulatory bodies.
