FirstCash, Inc. seeks a Compliance Analyst to strengthen regulatory programs across the organization. The ideal candidate partners with leaders to identify risks, evaluate controls, and ensure policy compliance.

Responsibilities include monitoring programs, conducting reviews, and preparing reports while communicating findings to stakeholders. This role supports policy development and process improvements to mitigate risk in a growing company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in compliance, risk management, audit, or related area
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Support development, execution, and enhancement of compliance monitoring and testing programs.
• Conduct compliance reviews and assessments to identify risks and control gaps.
• Prepare clear, objective reports, documentation, and workpapers.
• Partner with business units to support regulatory compliance requirements.
• Elevate significant issues through effective communication of findings.
• Assist with development and maintenance of policies, procedures, and controls.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and mitigate risk.
• Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends impacting operations
• Support special projects and other compliance initiatives.
