Responsibilities

• Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda and other litigation documents.
• Conducting legal research and preparing substantive analyses.
• Managing written discovery, document production and discovery compliance.
• Preparing for and participating in depositions, hearings and court appearances.
• Assisting with trial preparation and proceedings.
• Collaborating with partners and attorneys to develop litigation strategies.
