Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by handling inbound and limited outbound calls.
• Responds to inquiries and determines the appropriate response or direction for the caller.
• Research and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
• Provide bank services during calls including credit and deposit services.
• Process documentation and ensure proper documentation before sending to deposit operations.
• Collaborate within and across teams and other departments.
• Other duties as assigned.
