Job summary

You will provide administrative and client-service support for the banking platform and its clients, handling inquiries and financial servicing requests.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in banking operations, personal banking, wealth management, or financial-services client support.
• Knowledge of banking operations, products, services, federal regulations, and banking guidelines is preferred.
• Strong client-service orientation and professional communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute or submit client account-servicing requests within required time frames.
• Prepare wires, fund transfers, and other money-movement requests.
• Prepare documentation for new accounts, account closures, and maintenance.
• Maintain complete and accurate account records and supporting documentation.
• Research and resolve client inquiries and account-servicing issues.
• Handle cash transactions and daily balancing.
• Escalate risk, compliance, or documentation concerns as needed.
• Develop proficiency with banking applications and tools used for client servicing.
