Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of customer service experience.
• Knowledge of basic accounting.
• Knowledge of federal and state consumer compliance laws.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
• Good organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Good data entry/keyboarding and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview clients to obtain information and identify new clients; determine needs.
• Assist clients in selecting accounts and financial services; cross-sell products.
• Open, maintain and close accounts; process deposits and checks.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
• Process debit/credit card orders, wire transfers and reports.
• Represent the Bank at community events to develop business.
• Assist with Teller duties as needed.
