Job summary

TBK Bank Davenport is hiring a full-time Teller to provide prompt, accurate financial transactions and exceptional customer service. You will help build customer relationships, identify cross-sell opportunities, and support branch goals.

Duties include balancing cash, processing deposits and withdrawals, and handling routine banking tasks with accuracy and compliance. A 18+ year-old candidate with 6–12 months teller experience and strong customer service is ideal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years old.
• 6–12 months of bank teller experience preferred.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and accurate financial transactions in line with bank policies.
• Welcome customers by name, build relationships and identify needs.
• Recognize and refer cross-sell opportunities (Accounts, Cards, Loans).
• Balance cash drawer daily and maintain appropriate cash levels.
• Process savings bonds, checks, and other branch items per procedures.
