Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in client support, customer service, or operations.
• Experience in banking or regulated industry preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Professional attitude and courteous customer service.
• Self-motivated and able to follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of bank and digital banking software.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment within defined limits.
• Able to work under pressure in a high call volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Answers inbound and places outbound calls, addressing client questions and issues.
• Delivers consistent client service via telephone, email, or in person.
• Provides accurate responses by following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Keeps up with digital banking functions and branch systems.
• Meets performance targets such as average handling time and first call resolution.
• Escalates issues to management or Technical Services when needed.
• Opens case tickets in Elevate and routes requests to appropriate departments.
• Stays current on regulatory changes relevant to the role.
