Job summary

NBH Bank in Utah seeks an Assistant Banking Center Manager to lead a branch team, build relationships with clients, and introduce them to mortgage, loan products and digital solutions. You will coach staff and ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent.
• NMLS licensing per S.A.F.E. Act and NBH policy.
• Valid driver's license and driving history meeting policy.

• Train and coach a successful team utilizing strong decision-making skills under the input from Banking Center leadership.
• Operate as an effective communicator, who is able to stimulate and motivate others while being aware of and responsive to their needs and concerns.
