Job summary

NBH Bank is seeking a Banking Center Manager to lead a high-performing sales team and deliver exceptional client service in a dynamic community banking environment.

You will train and coach staff, drive deposit growth, treasury management and lending solutions while representing NBH Bank in the local community. A strong emphasis on relationship-building and results-driven skills is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent.
• 1+ years banking experience with external business development.
• Become registered and licensed in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) as required by the S.A.F.E. Act, and NBH's compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable background check investigation results.
• Driving is required with this position. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and driving history that meets the Bank’s driver standards.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Lead and coach a successful sales team for small business and consumer clients.
• Achieve specific sales and service goals by providing a full range of banking services including deposits, treasury management and loan products.
• Represent NBH Bank in the community and collaborate with other departments as needed.
