Job summary

Security Bank of Kansas City is seeking an Assistant Banking Center Manager to deliver an outstanding customer experience and lead a banking center team. You will coach staff, manage operations in the manager's absence, and drive sales through cross-changing opportunities with customers.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of consumer banking products. This is a full-time on-site position focused on community banking in Kansas City with

Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years banking, retail or sales experience with customer interactions.
Excellent English verbal and written communication.
Proven sales skills, leadership, client experience and outside networking/community involvement.
Knowledge of traditional bank products and services including Online/Mobile Banking.

Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer experience in person, by phone, and via email.
Supervise teller area and plan scheduling.
Develop market-specific business development strategies to grow market share.
Promote bank products and services and refer to other departments when appropriate.
Mentor and develop employees to ensure employee satisfaction and superior service.
