Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, training and performance to ensure high service levels and compliance.
• Monitor branch operations for efficiency and risk management.
• Provide guidance to achieve sales targets and refer bank products as appropriate.
• Support client inquiries and facilitate transactions, including new accounts and loans.
• Represent the bank at community events to foster new business relationships and CRA initiatives.
