Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience working with customers or equivalent volunteering/military experience.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Performs a wide range of tasks across multiple areas within a Store location; to include processing customer transactions and educating customers on banking products and services.
• Delivers end-to-end advice, building trust with educational content and tools; provides consultative support and proactive recommendations.
• Uses TD's systems to engage with customers, acquire and deepen relationships through leads and referrals.
• Serves customers on teller line and platform, handling deposits, withdrawals, and product inquiries.
