Responsibilities

• Process client transactions accurately and efficiently following policies.
• Provide an excellent client experience and serve as the face of the bank.
• Refer clients to Bank products and services to help meet financial goals.
• Refer clients to Bank specialists when appropriate.
• Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
• Maintain reliability and punctuality in daily tasks.
• Sell Bank products in person and by phone while meeting referral standards.
