Job summary

iO Assocites is seeking a skilled Support Analyst to maintain core banking applications and supporting infrastructure. You will ensure high availability for payment processing tools and collaborate with IT teams to implement system improvements.

The role requires 5+ years in banking operations, AS400 experience, and strong regulatory knowledge. Based onsite in Manhattan, you will work with cross-functional teams to uphold security and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in computer operations and system support within banking.
• Experience with AS400 and banking software such as Equation/eGifts.
• Knowledge of security, regulatory standards and audit processes.
• Familiarity with change control, testing and deployment procedures.
• Proactive problem solving and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime across user areas.
• Support maintenance tasks for core banking systems and payment tools.
• Assist with daily Computer Operations and provide shift coverage.
• Test and deploy system updates and new applications.
• Manage SIT and UAT for new system rollouts.
